Orthopaedic rehabilitation
Stiff joints, lingering pain, post-op recovery
For the desk-bound, the weekend warrior, and everyone getting back after surgery.
Our orthopaedic rehab in Panjim blends hands-on work with progressive loading.
We don't chase symptoms — we assess the whole chain (joint, muscle, nerve, habit)
and build a plan that fits your week. Led by Dr. Nhehern Acharya, MPT. No
referral needed; the first visit is a full 45-minute assessment.

- Cervical spondylosis and neck pain
- Rotator cuff injuries

active rehab.
Free guided Self-Assessment
If you are not sure what is wrong or whether you need to be seen, our
guided Self-Assessment is free to start. It asks the
same questions a physiotherapist would ask, screens first for symptoms that need
in-person care, then matches you to one of 23 evidence-graded conditions and
gives you a phase-by-phase exercise protocol drawn from international clinical
practice guidelines. It is built and reviewed by the Kairos physiotherapists, not
a generic chatbot, and it tells you plainly when you should stop and come in.
